I have red and peeling skin under my nails and weird white spots under my nails. How do I get rid of both? They're disgusting! The white spots are on my ring finger and where the peeling is is obvious.

I'm pretty sure the white spots mean your nails are damaged. Do you bite them a lot?

That white spot is due to protein deficiency. You just need to have a more balanced diet with more protein and Vitamin D (because thats a vitamin a lot of people tend to lack)
