Depending upon how much you're willing to spend, I like Sephora brand, Bobbi Brown, Buxom and Stila. Buxom is by far my favorite of those. It's extremely creamy and smooth, and super easy to work with.

Oh! And I have an Inglot gel liner and it's great but mine is red so I don't feel like I wear it often enough to give a real opinion on it.

Inglot is beautiful.. Very pigmented, and has great staying power.
