I always makw me eyes the centee of attention. Use light shimmery shodows and add highlights on the edges of your eyes...winged eyeliners always make your eyes bigger! Goodluck.

Oh my god, your eyes are sooo beautiful! Just mascara and winged liner, with a highlight in tearduct will do just fine for you!
