USE A OIL! Everyday apply a small amount to your hair and a heat defence spray (apply before straightening hair) is a must! My hair was worse than that as I'm Blonde but products can dramatically change your hair. Make sure you steer away from products that have alcohol and sulfate in them, they're contributing to the damage hair!

OK thank you and I rarely use any heat on my hair at all and what kind of oil and products would you recommend?
