I need a new primer that isn't too expensive (most I would pay is $40). I have acne prone and combination skin, that is currently a bit more to the dryer side because it's winter over here in Aus ☔️

Rimmel stay matte primer. its really good! its in a white tube with a purple cap and its cheap :)
