Damage on top of damage will turn your hair into straw, and it would look incredibly dry and just not very good.!8 would wait a little while before doing so, and start moisturizing your hair daily, with a leave in , cream styler, as well as a sealant to keep the moisture in. I think it would look lovely, but for you I would go a shade darker because Beyoncé is a hot lighter than you! Just rmemebrv that damage can't be repaired once it's past a certain point , so I highly suggest waiting a month or two , getting it as healthy as possible and THEN dying it! But I do think you'd look great with that color!

I agree completely with Isabel. But I think you could totally rock blonde. Something I recommend highly to use when your hair is dyed to help with damage is: one 'n only argan oil restorative hair mask. It works wonders on my hair and others hair. Good luck girl!
