How to get these nails?

I really want to get exactly this done to my nails but I have no idea what to ask for when I go to the nail salon. Are they acrylics, gels? Would I get normal fills in the flower one like I would in the coral ones? How would they paint the flowers on and make them stay like the rest would they use acrylics? If they are gels how would I get that length and shape? Sorry for all the questions but I'm in love with these nails and would love to get them done!
