Summer foundation help!

I JUST bought a new bottle of loreal true match (new shade btw! I thought I was cool, I was way off I'm warmed tone hahahaha!) and I've been noticing in the summer my foundation goes on a lot more rougher and seems to almost highlight imperfections more. It makes my pores look HUGE. Any help with what I can do? This relates to both with my skin and foundation routine and yes I use primer.

Something I do whenever I'm about to put on makeup is actually wash my face (with a cloth), spray on a hydrating refiner, then moisturize/apply sunscreen, then prime and put on my bb cream. I don't know if this would help you at all, but if I don't do all that, my skin looks grotesque with makeup on it.

Even just washing my face before makes a HUGE difference.

My moisturizer has SPF and its the Aveeno ultra calming moisturizer & on top of that I use the prime time barevitamins foundation primer and I think it's around $25!!

I use the tarte bb cream and it's really nice coverage and feels great but still light at the same time! And it has SPF which helps protect your skin!!
