I've always had hair on my upper lip and its always been an issue for me :/ Most the time I just pluck them, but if I'm in a rush I use an Eyebrow shaver to quickly remove the hair!

I believe everyone is different how their hair grows back I'm a natural blonde and I've shaved my arms for years now just because I like the soft feel, plus the hubby really likes it and I like the more feminine feel. AND my arm hair grows back just the same as when I first started to shave them.. Blonde and thin. Just saying..

Thanks Julianne. I actually saw that at dell had them at Target. I'm going to pick some up next time I'm there.
Nicole/ I shave my arms too because I like the smooth feel. It never grew back thicker and darker. And it's not a hassle for me because it takes about 30 seconds to do it in the shower..

you people saying you've seen it obv arent reading the explanations we've given you. the hair closest to the root IS actually thicker. just like a tree, where it's closest to the roots it's thicker. as it grows, it thins out. so if you cut a hair, or a tree, at the root, it leaves a blunt end or stump, and the thicker part is what's there for you to see. but as that hair continues growing, it will grow just like before and continue to be thick by the root and thinner at the outer end.

Vellious hair on the face (white blonde fuzzy hair) will grow back as white blonde fuzzy hair
