I admit I've shaved my unibrow if it wasn't long enough to wax and I was going out. But other than that no way!
I wax almost all the hair on my body (even my arms). It just makes you feel smoother.

I noticed that a lot of people who believe in this myth are very young girls. I don't think they're taking into consideration that you grow more hair as you get older. It has nothing to do with the fact that they shaved... it was bound to happen anyway.

the hair doesn't grow back thicker or darker, It's the blunt end of the hair your seeing and feeling. but for removing facial hair id recommend either waxing, threading or rocketing w chrome takes the hair from the root and allows it to grow back thinner.

well i don't shave but i do pluck out my mustache that i have goin on and when it grows back it don't come back thicker or darker but i guess for some people its different

I do it every 2 weeks. I'm ok. Hair grows back the same for me. I'd rather shave my face then have a peach fuzz.

I use the Oil of Olay hair removal duo on my upper lip (the one with the moisturizing protectant balm and the depilatory cream). Otherwise, if the downy fuzz along my jawline is bothering me (sad effects of being naturally ghost white with black body hair), my esthetician waxes it for me.

I never shaved my face.. I use Avon hair remover works so good on lip.. But I shaved my arms when I was a teen, then stopped as I grew older I am now 31 and still I shave time to time mostly in summer.. My hair has NEVER grown thicker or courser..

Lol why would anyone shave their face..and it does grow back thicker I've seen it happen. I suggest thread or wax that's what I do because you aren't supposed to laser your face..it won't stop hair growth but do the opposite.

I have done it once - I didn't like the feeling when it started to grow back - it felt prickly - but as far as throwing back thicker - Mine grew back exactly the same :)

im telling u its not a myth that it grows more . its literally hapen to me where i didnt need to shaave my tummy but i did because i was a stupid 12 yr old learning how to shave and did it everywhere just for one . and now i have a semi happy trail and its gross thabkfully my boyftiend doesnt care but its been the biggest regret of my life . idk how u can say it is a myth when im living proof of it . where i had no hair in a place tell i shaved it now i do and alot and its annoying ):<

I got a few packs of eyebrow razors from Sally's to touch up my brows and I used one on my mini-stache- it worked fine for me. The eyebrow razors can be a little sharper or duller depending on the brand, but they have really tiny razor heads and are pretty gentle to the skin. (I did knick my brow because I used a diff. brand on my brows than my stache, so be careful, some are duller than others.) I took of the stache because I didn't like the way it would show when I took a makeup picture with the flash setting on. And the hair growing back thicker and darker is a myth.

'Facial razors' make me laugh. It's still shaving your face. Apparently it's not true that it grows back thicker but I've literally seen it happen. Looks awful! Just do yourself a favour and wax!
