Here's what NOT to do.
Don't wear the color that the bride is wearing, more commonly white because you are taking the attention away from a bride. Probably wear a short dress that is a plain color and not to fancy. Remember the attention should be on the bride! I hope I helped!

I can honestly see this thread going towards the whole "whether you can wear white or not to a wedding" lol.
I wore a dress that was half way down my thigh and the top was black, the middle was red and the bottom was white. Now I honestly don't think this "stole attention" from the bride because I wore those colours. No one is looking at you... They're looking at the bride in the fancy big white dress!!

In my opinion you can wear what you like as long as it's not too fancy and conservative enough :) a pretty dress with nice heels tends to be the way to go.

And no one had any concerns about it :) so yeah, wear what you like. But as Bethany said.. No long white dresses ;)

Yes find out what the colors of the wedding are and don't wear that color... You don't want people to think you're in the wedding party and also just wear something appropriate like if it's an outside wedding wear something flowy and cool and deffienetly wear something comfortable no matter what the venue is
