I'm dying my hair soon and I REALLY don't want to bleach it! I don't need my hair to be super duper blond, just lighter than it is now. Any hair lightening recipes y'all know? Thanks in advance! Xoxo~ Kenna 💕💎

Don't use lemon! It's really damaging and will dry out your hair. I have natural blonde hair and as I get older it turns a little darker. I use honey and conditioner and leave it in for 30-45 minutes and it gradually lightens your hair overtime, but your hair is beautiful, you don't need to do anything (:

I feel like all of that stuff would be more damaging then if you used a low developer. If you take care of it before and after it's easier and way more effective. Don't ruin your hair before you dye it by trying all of this bogus stuff

You could try that sun in spray where you spray it in your hair and sit outside in the sun to lighten hair.

Actually the honey and conditioner doesn't "ruin" your hair! Both are actually beneficial to your hair (: it does take some time to get lighter but if you already have blonde hair you can see it gradually lighten (: I hope I'm not sounding mean but I'm just stating that it's not "bogus" or "damaging"

Yeah, L'Oreal have a lightening jelly out. Maybe try that.

I agree with Leslie, I think using a low volume of bleach would work perfectly for you Kenna, 20vol would lighten your hair to blonde cause your hairs already light, one bleach really isn't that damaging :)
