I know it but my english isnt that perfect but here I go. Turn your head down so your hair is hanging and then brush is and pick it all in one hand. Get your head up, brush it a little bit and then you put the hand where the hair is high and twist it!

That looks like a top knot, I'm not exactly sure if it is but worth looking it up.
