I have sensitive acne prone skin too and I swear by Clinique's cleansing gel. It's gentle enough to use around the eyes, and I've had the bottle for a year now and it's only halfway gone, so I think it's well-worth the 20-some dollars I spent. Good luck on your search!

Try Ultrablend from Lush. Here are the ingredients. This one's good for my sensitive skin and the beeswax keeps in moisturize. It's a cream cleanser but I use it to remove makeup and it claims to melt away makeup which I feel it does (:
