From what I've learned with my breakouts is that its best to leave them :) I know everybody says that, but I used to have suuch irritated red spots everywhere and it was simply because I was picking at my smallest breakouts so much :/ honestly your skin will look so much less red and blotchy if you don't irritate it :) just use makeup to cover them! Its also harder to cover when they're irritated and red so yea lol :)

It may sound weird but if you put a little toothpaste on it, it will decrease the redness... Otherwise like these other girls said it might be best to just leave it alone and not irritate it

Toothpaste is not a good idea at all. It can actually cause damage to your skin.

Whatever you do don't use tooth paste.

You can try using honey over it (just tie your hair back) or I recently watched a video about acne how this girl with a flawless face uses banana skin (a tiny portion) and rubs it on her acne a while and lets the juice sit and does it 3 times a day for improvement after a week.
