I have been getting bacne for a year now, I washed my back with my facial cleanse every once a day but I am still getting them!
I take zinc 12mg daily and drink a glass of diluted apple vinegar cider to cleanse my body internally, it helped my facial acne but not the ones on my back.
Please advise what kind of wash and type of treatment I should consider.
Thank you.

After you workout make sure to take a shower and rinse yourself off! And don't stay in your workout clothes after exercising!

Try using a body acne wash like the one from Neutrogena, and get a shower pouf on a stick so you can get your back really well.
