Ok so I have been using head and shoulders because my dandruff is super bad.. I get stressed so I get dandruff which is weird lol but any who using head and shoulders dries out my hair pretty bad.. I purchased macadamia natural oil from ulta.. Do you guys think using these to products will mess up my hair!! I'm trying to eliminate the dandruff but now I don't want the dry hair.. Would this combo be bad.

I find head and shoulders is way to harsh for my scalp, when I fade my dye I use head and shoulders and I get dandruff from it (I normally do not have dandruff) but I suggest getting a sulfate free shampoo, and using oil treatments once a week or so. It'll moisturize your hair like crazy and scalp :)
Olive, castor, coconut, argon, macadamia oil are all good choices. I personally use coconut, olive and argon oil mixed together. It really helps when my scalp is too dry.

Yea my scalp is very dry!! I notice today too after I used the head and shoulders I started developing scabs which is weird.. I don't know if it irritated the my scalp or what!! I usually use shampoos with like Argan oil in it stuff like that make I should stick to those with the macadamia oil deep treatment!! And I've heard that head and shoulders fades color obviously it does if you use it to fade your dye.. But I wonder if it counts like if you have never dyed your hair cause I have virgin hair?!?! It must be really harsh then!! Thanks for the advice alyx :)

Try adding tea tree oil to your regular shampoo or buy a tea tree oil shampoo- Sally beauty supply has a great generic for Paul mitxhells.

I totally agree with Alyx. H&S can be pretty harsh and dry up your scalp, which in many cases is taken as dandruff.
I had super dry scalp. H&S would help but I developed dependency to it.
I changed to a sulfate free cleanser. Cindy, I LOVE IT!! My scalp has slowly recovered its normal balance and I can now wear black tops whenever I want without having to keep an eye on my shoulder all the time.
My hair is so smooth and happy that I decided to grow it even longer.

Hey lady, dandruff shampoos, like above, harsh. Take a look online what dandruff is. Not sure if you know... once you understand what you are treating, you may find lifestyle changes to improve it.
