Definitely not hooded. If it was hooded, you wouldn't see any of your eyelid. Usually hooded eyes happen as we age and are most prevalent in women over 50. I would say your eye shape is round.

Which, by the way, gives you a lot of freedom to do many things with your eye makeup. You have lid space & brow space-- basically an empty canvas to work with. You could rock a mean cat eye with winged liner (which would make your eyes appear more elongated as well).

Hey Pretty Girl! You have a great face and you seem to know what you are doing when it comes to makeup. Try putting matte shadows in your crease and lighter shadows below the brow. Stay away from dark shadows across the entire lid. Eyeliner is your best friend. Don't fully line the bottom of your eyes. Go about half way and avoid eyeliner on the waterline. Stay right below the lashes like you did in your picture. Focus on the heavest colors/eyeliner on the outside of the eyes. Dont bring heavy dark shadows or thick liner farther than halfway on your lid. Keep the inner part of your eyes bright with a light show or liner.
