Just purchased it. Im telling everyone to go get this. Ive always wanted a white eyeliner that actually stays on my water line and shows up without having to reapply it 100 times and this is it. Im wondering how it took me so long to find this and im contemplating buying wayyy more colors. It was even on this morning when I fell asleep lastnight with my full face on :/!!!

Is it a good base if I use neutral colors a lot? Or wouldn't be a waste for me to buy?

i think it would be yes because its white it would brighten up any color as long as its not super dark
