Any ideas of outfits to flatter a slight "pear shape" body? I'm 5'2" and 105 lbs, but I have a small waist and (to me) disproportionately wide hips. Any tips for flattering looks?

I'm very similar in height and my hips are wide also, personally I find tighter clothes to be more flattering for myself, if I wear loose clothing or skater skirts or peplum shirts/dresses my hips look even wider.

I think playsuits with a belt around the slimmest part of your waist are flattering. K have very wide hips and I find this flattering.

Play suits are great, or a dress that is tighter in the top half (waist up) and then hangs loose from the waist/hips (long or short).

I agree with Amanda. I'm still small even after my daughter and I feel tighter clothes are flattering. I used to wear baggy "skater" pants and shirt but oh man haha.

I'm 5'7, so I'm quite taller but I also have very wide hips for my body. So the kind of clothes I wear which I think flatter my body well are high waisted pants/shorts/etc., tighter clothes I definitely agree with (baggy clothes on your hips IMO just make them look bigger), and dresses or shirts that cinch your waist like with a belt. Clothes that cinch your waist, since it's so much smaller than your hips, draw attention to your waist rather than your hips.
