Soooooo, color oops left me with dark ash brown with a lil black in. Should I get another box and leave it on longer?

I would get another box and not leave it in longer, but rinse it out for longer. Rinsing is the most important part.

How long did you leave it in the first time? I used it before and my hair went from jet black to brass blonde on my first try/box. I would get another box and try it again, maybe leave it on longer unless you clearly see it lifting if that makes sense.
