I love the eye make-up but I would choose a more natural looking lipstick (maybe no lipstick at all or only nude lipstick) because both the eye make-up and the lipstick together looks a bit too heavy for my taste :).

Is the base too much?

Personally I like it even though it is a bit too much. And for me your eyebrows don't look that natural in that shape but if you were going for that Good job :)

The eyes look nice but I'd say either tone down the lips or eyebrows to make it look a little less harsh!

I like everything, except the brows. a little to "drawn on" for my taste.

You are gorgeous. Great features. I would only suggest to follow disney's eyebrow rule: the softer the arch of the brow, the nicer the character. I don't know if it makes sense to you but I used to have pretty strong arches and I realized I was going into the villain category. A softer eyebrow will draw more attention to the rest of your make up and give you a more natural look.

I think it's too much but I love that you ask! I would go for a softer look on either the eyes or lips :)

It's a little too much to me. Also if feel you should go with more natural colors for your eyes. I think your lip is fine ^_^

I would love to see a little but softer arch on your brows, other than that they look perfect!

Hi Delight,I just want to say you have this Diana Ross Glamour look to you that I always think of when I see you :)and I'll give you my honest opinion and try the explain it the best way I can.I believe the eye shadow is a bit of a harsh finish the shadow placement is to far to the right from corner to corner which shifts the position to far off to the right and not enough towards the inner corner and elongates your eye more and that could be due to placement of the shadow combo and not well blended.Your eye shape is Beautiful it's a Winged Cat eye dream and you don't have to add much to show that, which is a huge plus when it comes to eye shadow styles.I also must add that the brows do not do your beauty justice it's to Strong of a brow for you and the concealer is not truly needed over the brow it shelf that is just a youtube brow of bad makeup advice in my opinion.I've seen your profile pictures of minimal makeup and your really pretty and I don't think you need much to show that at all.Sometimes us as ladies try things because it's out of curiosity and sometimes we think this is how it has to be done but in turn it's not always the case sometimes we overload our features by mistake and in turn it gives off the opposite finish to a already Beauty.Hope this all made sense :)

I love the look you're going for: the bold sexy brows, the dramatic lip, the eyeshadow. But I have a few pointers. :) I think if you round your arch instead of make it a sharp point, it'll still look bold because of your technique, which I like a lot. And I think the blue and the color of your lip clash a little. Blue and dark red are hard to pair together. I would do brown eyeshadow with a touch of black, or something along those lines. Personally, I would add eyeliner to your waterline, but that's just to be more dramatic. You definitely don't need the eyeliner. :) hope this helps you! Love your make up.

The concealer to shape the brow should also be a tad darker, if you want concealer at all. I don't think you need it ;)

Too much. Find one point to focus on. The strong brows, eyeshadow, and dark lipstick all put together is overwhelming.

If you really want a red lip and blue eye, I made a collage that shows a better execution of that.

I think a really natural look where you just play up your features and contour and highlight and use natural tones and colors would be so pretty on you! You have the face for it! You don't need to hide with the color.
