Well for the outfit I'd totally do a sweater tucked in a skater skirt or a denim skirt with black tights and ankle boots :)))))

Layering is a good idea in London, and VERY comfy shoes. I'd wear leggings (good for moving around in, plus easy to sit down in when on tubes, trains, buses, ect.), an oversized jumper (comfy, warm), and a pair of comfy shoes (I'd recommend Dr Martens or similar, I always wear my Docs around London and my feet don't hurt as much as they would). Then just accessorise. I'd take a bag that has a zip and can preferably go across your body, there's always pickpockets in London, especially around markets like Camden and Covent Garden.
Where are you going in London?:)
