If you are talking about the concealer roller ball thing then yes it does well with under eyes I didn't have an issue with creasing or anything but I do like my under eye concealers to be more coverage just because I have DARK circles haha but for most people the coverage would be just fine (:

Yes it works great! I love mine. The formula is thin so the rolling ball application is smooth and easy. It's pretty full coverage, and most importantly, colour corrective.

There is one with concealer and one without concealer, just a normal roller ball.
