Coconut oil and coconut milk?? Could I use coconut milk in place of coconut oil?

I use the coconut milk and love it, it's thicker than coconut oil.

Coconut milk is super hydrating and doesn't have the weighing down tendency of coconut oil. I have oily skin which is acne prone so my doc advised me to use coconut milk instead of oil in my hair mask, it works really well, but is a bit less hydrating than the oil.

Oooohhhhhh okay. I only asked because I don't have oil I have milk (thanks mom! Lol) and I wanted to do a hair mask tonight.
