Alyssa, it's kinda a lot of sewing. I'll try to explain. First the top has to be made and then sew the lace onto it. Sewing only the top to top like on the picture. It can go all the way around or just have the front. The bottom you take fabric and you can take some old underwear or something like that that you like how they fit and out line the fabric with it. Sew lace and the fabric that isn't see through together and then sew the edges and the rest of it together.
Sorry I'm not really good at explaining this :/
