Oh! I apply it with my fingers. only downside to this foundation is that it tends to oxidize, so you'd probably have to get a shade lighter than usual to avoid looking orange-ish haha

I've got maybe line Sayin dream mouse liquid and I don't particularly like it. It does it's job but I feel it makes my skin appear redder because I have a yellow undertone. It doesn't last too long even if you have primer. So I'm in search for a new foundation myself. Good luck girl 😘

Covergirl clean whipped and the Revlon colorstay whipped are very good. I personally didn't like the dream matte mouse, I thought it made my face look cakey and it oxidized a lot.
