My eyeshadow ALWAYS creases! It's really annoying and it happens after about an hour or so. How can I prevent this? Also, I wear concealer on my eyelids to cover up the veins that show if that makes any difference.

You can do what jacqlyn said and you can also get a skin colored primer.

You can even use E.L.F brand primer for your eyelids. Its what I use, it's only like three dollars and it works amazing.

I agree with Sandra. You could also try finding a primer that works for you. When you apply shadow bases, concealers, or primers make sure to not rub it on back and forth. That increases the likeliness for your eyeshadow to crease quickly... Apply it on your finger and just pat it all over your eye evenly. Some primers I reccommend:
1. Smashbox Lid Primer
2. Urban Decay Original Primer Potion
3. Essence Lid Primer (more affordable)
4. Elf Lid Primer as a a last resort...
All the primers I've mentioned above have good qualities and some have a few bad ones. The smashbox primer is slightly thicker but it still work excellently. UB Primer is my favorite but I only like the original, it has an excellent consistency and really enhances the color of the shadow...The Essence Primer gets absolutely fabulous reviews and comes in a nice creamy formula. The Elf Primer is a little on the sheer/watery side but it gets the job done nicely...
Hope this kind of helped...

Use primer, it makes the biggest difference.

^ I'd second the Essence one. very affordable too. It's a bit too dark for me though so if you're pale another affordable primer is the Nyc one. I recommend dusting a little powder over your concealer before you apply the primer though.

Sounds like you may have oily lids like myself. The products I find work best are the Milani eyeshadow primer, maybelline color tattoos, or there is even a skin colored eyeshadow base by nyx that both covers veins and primes for shadows and the best part is all products are around $7-8.
