Hair grows in it's own time, you cannot possibly speed up the process however to assist your healthy hair growth you can use a number of organic treatments; such as coconut oil and I've also read that massaging your scalp can stimulate faster hair growth, make sure you don't over do this though as it may give you a greasy scalp, last of all make sure to trim your split ends! A good way of doing this effectively is getting a chunk of hair and twisting in one direction, any hair that sticks out of the twist, well you can trim those bits and pieces! Hope I helped 😘

You really can't speed up the process and I know that's not what you want too hear but trust I have tried everything from pills to products to weird gimmicks of holding hair upside down
Nada the only thing finally working but super expensive is sew in weave hair extensions making this process so much quicker every time I get touched up every three months or so my hair is longer and in the mean time I get to enjoy flawless long full hair but obviously for a price. clip ins were not for me but you can try those too. the halo extension on a wire is very good too. also just make sure on you're natural hair less heat and damage more products like olive oil... works wonders.

Hair growth is genetic, and it'll only grow to its full potential when at its healthiest.
