It depends on you're skin tone. different colours obviously look better on different people depending on skin tone/hair colour. me personally having fair to tan skin I prefer salmon/pinks/nudes but I do like red on random events
not much for darker lipsticks other than maybe a darker tan pink colour. on darker skin tones I think purples,browns look amazing. really any colour can look good as long as it suits there face not distract people from you're face

It depends on skin tone. I absolutely love dark colors on others but I am too pale to suit a burgundy, black, or darker colors. I wish I could though!

Definitely dark:)
I find it hard for myself to pull off the lighter shades. Either that or I'm too used to dark shades (comfort shades) so I end up taking off the light or making it darker.
