Hi! I really need help because my lips are a nightmare!! They're really chapped and I bite them:/ sometimes they even bleed a little so I really need a method to stop my lips being chapped and horrible! Thanks! :)

What I do is get a toothbrush and wet it with water then brush my lips. then after that I put Vaseline on them. do that everyday and in about a week they won't be chapped :-)

Mine have been chapped too the first thing to do is drink water... This will hydrate your body and help it hydrate your lips. So drink regularly. Then I do a scrub with sea salt and coconut oil and after I scrub and wash off use carmex. Your might need to wait if there are open sores on your mouth to do a scrub... But drink water :)

I really like Aquaphor or Neosporin Chapstick, its more expensive but works good.
