I did that once Autumn I dip dyed my hair blue and it gave me split ends so I had it trimmed

It's a really pretty color, but honey, it's just not for you. Please don't take that offensive.
You already have a pretty hair color. I would suggest waiting till your 14-15 to dye your hair.
Your way too young.
You already look beautiful now so, save the money that you planned on using for your hair. Instead go shopping. Enjoy your childhood. And save the hair dying for later.
But. If your really wanna dye your hair, dye a strip of it. Temporary.
Not your whole hair just a section maybe.
But, what I'm trying to say is.. Just wait :)

Honestly, I don't see anything wrong with dying your hair as you like it only if your mom or something's okay with it and as long as you aren't using harsh dyes or bleaches and maintain it.

I started dying my hair when I was 13 so I really feel that if you want to dye it like that take care of your hair condition it always cut off split ends and it will be fine your young cherish your life have fun be adventurous if you want to do it I say go for it it would look great

Looks pretty but It will do crazy damage to your hair and if you do semi permenant it often stains blondes hair.
