Acne Help That Won't Break The Bank?

My younger brother has pretty bad acne. he usually gets a lot of pimples on his nose. also, his skin is normal. anyone know any products or diy remedies to help him out? Preferably things that aren't too pricey. thanks!

You could get him some oxy pads, I know most boys aren't into a big night acne treating routine so it would just be quick using little pads twice a day. I know a lot of people with bad acne that uses the pads and it really helps them.
