I want to take zinc from blackmores. And I wonder if it will help my skin or not? Has anyone of you tried it before? And did it work? :)

I find that Zinc helps mostly if I'm sick/not feeling up to par! Never really saw anything in my skin though.

For ages my doctor has been singing it's praises for skin benefits. You would benefit greatly from incorporating more foods that are high in Zinc as well. I put wheat germ on my yogurt and cereal as it is packed with zinc! Other foods that are high in zinc are Pumpkin seeds, beef, chicken, spinach (you can do a salad) , mushrooms and beans. Chic peas or hummus packs a hearty zinc punch. Lastly, very dark chocolate has oodles as well!
