Is this a good product? I've had my eye on it for a while but haven't gotten it!

I recently got that in chantilly. everbody was raving about it but I didn't like it.I applied under eye area.yes it gives a nice glow and really creamy and easy to blend but it creased like crazy and melted down from my face.it was not suitable for me.I have oily skin and it didn't work for me maybe you can like it if you have a different skin type.
