I am going over to a friends house tonight and I always do their nails, but they haven't given me any ideas yet. Both of them have a darker complexion, one prefers darker/deeper colors, and the other loves brighter ones. (And the only reason I mentioned their complexion is that I find certain colors look really good with their skin tone, more so than others) Any suggestions?
