So these are miliums, closed comedones. I,ve tried different things but without much improvement for my skun, usually are recommended AHA products and retinol ( if I don't mind). My skin is comb with a bit oily T zone and normal to dry cheeks. I do following: 1. steam my face with infusion of camomile/ or after shower 2. exfoliate 2/3 times a week 3. and then diy mask from honey and cinnamon, maybe few drops of lemon juice. And I don't know if you use a toner, but I highly recommend you, it prevents the dirt and oil clog pores:-)
