Those aren't wrinkles, everyone has them from when you smile or laugh. The trick to reducing the appearance of lines is to develop a good skincare routine. Cleanse, tone, and moisturize. Also using an eye cream and a night serum in your 20's is a good idea for anti aging. What kind of skincare routine do you currently have?

Shauna is correct, those are just natural facial markings known as nasolabial folds. Thy may become more pronounced as you get older, but they are something that everyone has. I'm not quite sure how to "firm" them up, but hopefully someone can give you some recommendations for something to firm up the skin or stimulate collagen production in the area.

I don't think a retinol is going to do much for that because as others have stated, they aren't wrinkles, they're nasolabial folds and everyone has them. I would just make sure your skin is hydrated, as well as your body - drink plenty of water, and use a sunscreen.
