Water, Green Tea, increasing the fiber in your diet. Cleanses the liver and colon, reduces any inflammation both externally and internally, and gives your organs a boost. Skin should improve and energy level shoots up. Good luck!

Take a bath with a qt of apple cider vinegar for 1/2 hr. Warning: you'll probably feel weak afterward and make sure to drink plenty of fluids to wash out the toxins!
