You can't repair split ends you have to cute them off.

Can't really tell.. But they could be dry. Just try some deep conditioning masks or DIY hair masks :)

Do you sleep with your hair down? And is your hair wet when you go to bed? That might be a factor. My ends look frizzy when I go to bed with wet hair.
