I cannot seem to find a decent price full coverage foundation that I like. I break out every now and then but have a lot of acne scars on my cheeks and chin that I want to cover. Any suggestions? (concealer & powder suggestions too)

For a powder foundation I recommend barMinerals. Their foundations are designed for sensitive skin and the powder keeps shine away! I really like Physicians Formula concealer

Do you know what your skin type is as in oily, combo, or dry?

No matter what foundation you get, I recommend using a kabuki brush to apply it. It makes the coverage much more full and it looks more natural. I like Nutrogena's anti-oil foundation and Covergirl loose powder. :)

I don't know if $19 is too much for you but the mac prolong concealer works AMAZ!! Use it as foundation. won't regret.

I second the bare minerals suggestion if you don't have dry skin. Clinique is also excellent.

Kat von d is expensive but great coverage. Estée Lauder double wear is also expensive but great coverage. I think Kat Von d is 10 less though
