Can someone explain to be how to fine your skin tone color is? and explain the difference in like make up and lip colors, when ever some refers to warm or cool to e's I don't know what they are talking about.

It refers to your skin's undertone. for example someone with cool undertones looks better in red lipstick with blue undertones (think cherry red) and someone with warm undertones looks better in a red with warm undertones (think brick red). neutral means that either looks good. undertones mostly apply when choosing foundation and lip color; not much else.

Here's warm, cool and olive but olive can be found in either of the skin and there's neutral. Warm skin is more yellow/peachy/ orange. Lighter cool skin has pink and darker cool skin can be more reddish. Neutral is a balance of the two. Think of it like warm beige, cool beige and beige. Warm beige compared to the other beige shades looks more yellow/golden. Cool beige looks more pink compared to the others while "beige" is sort of just beige. A light brown, not yellow and not pink. There is also an olive tone but I'm warm toned with an olive tone... It's more like an olive cast. When I wear warm toned foundations they look peachy on me and my neck looks more yellow and slightly green

And with the beige example. The colors could be the same depth of color just different tones.
