I lotion my legs daily after a shower, but they still looked cracked. They're not dry or anything, but the cracks are still there. So,I was wondering what I can do to get rid of it??

Do you shower every day?

Maybe your skin is reacting to that. It could also be you lotion? Try a different cream for a few days and see what happens.

Okay thank. And yes I shower every day. Could it be because I use extremely hot water??

Yes. Hot water will dry out the skin. I'm with you on that boat I love hot baths and showers regardless it being 90 degrees out 😝

What lotions are you using? I find the most effective one to be the cerave cream ( not lotion creams absorb much better ) that comes in a jar. It definitely with stands all my showers and I shower two to three times a day.

Thanks I'll try that! I just use this ultra dry replenishing vasiline. I'll try to cut down on the hot showers! Thanks for the advice!

I use oil of Olay in shower lotion then as soon as I get out I put on the Cerave cream in a jar that Kitty was talking about. It locks in the moisture and the Cerave stays around until the next time I shower. I can literally feel the moisture barrier it created washing of my skin when I get in the shower, even if it's been more than 24 hours. And I live in Alaska where it's cold and dry a lot.

You need to exfoliate and moisturize you can use exfoliating gloves and put your moisturizer on while your skin is still damp and try a thick cream like Kitty suggested or a body butter.

Make sure you don't use bar soaps because they tend to be more drying. Try using a shower gel/foaming bath wash. I have psoriasis and using the body washed help a lot.
