I think it would be too much if you didn't know how to do it, but your wing is very neat and pretty. If both eyes match then I say go for it!

Nice job on the liner. Are you in high school?
My everyday makeup my freshman year was winged liner, foundation, blush and my eyebrows. Oh and tinted lip balm. Looking back...it was too much for a 14 year old lol. I think it was the liner though.
My point being, the liner is gorgeous! Totally appropriate if you feel it is too. I'd say it's more for special occasion but you can intensify it less and it'll be perfect for every day :)

It looks great but I really don't think you needed to tightline the bottom waterline. I have green eyes too and it makes them look droopy. Other than that, great job on the top eyeliner!
