So lately when I'm showering, my hair has been falling sooooooo much! And also when I'm brushing it! I look at my hairbrush and I feel like my whole hair is there.! What could be the cause?? I feel like I'm going to go bald.😓 help me!

That happens to me sometimes! I'm not sure what causes it but I've been using an anti breakage shampoo and it has seemed to help(:

Ok because my mom says that it's because I use too much heat. Is this true?

Hair falling out is normal, but buy a hair strengthening shampoo and conditioner. CUT DOWN ON THE HEAT! :)

Sheela is right. It often accompanies thyroid issues. Stress may also be a factor. I'd increase my iron, Vitamin D, K and E intake. Additionally, I'd pick up the "Wet Brush" which doesn't snag and detangles gently. It's about $7 at Walmart or Target.

Make sure you wash your hair right.
Only massage shampoo into your scalp rather than all over the place and rubbing it like crazy, which can case breakage. Also don't run your fingers through your hair as you wash it. It'll pull out more hair than would naturally fall out.
Never brush your hair while it's wet. If you have to, use a wide tooth comb.
Always brush your hair from ends, then upward. It'll pull less.
It's normal for hair to fall out, these tips will ensure that you don't increase that (:

Are you on any medication? I'm also loosing my hair and have lost it before due to a pain management medication whose side effects were weight loss and hair loss... If you aren't on meds it's probably because you use a lot of heat on your hair. If you use heat twice a week or less then I think it's probably your shampoo or conditioner or another hair product your using... Hope that helps!

If you are concerned I would speak to your stylist about it and even your primary doctor if you feel very troubled by this. I know I have very fine hair and I was concerned that I lose much hair as well, keep in mind we shed hairs daily and that could just be it. Hair loss usual begins with thinning of your hair, could be stress or hormones if it really is hair loss and/or balding. PCOS can create hair loss aswell. That's polycystic ovary syndrome. So unless you feel it's a medical reason it's probably natural dear <3

Use a wide tooth comb to brush your hair when it's wet that might help stop to hair falling out when you brush it.
