Toothpaste is said to dry out pimples but can actually irritate your skin more. Try using a gentle cleanser twice a day and a gentle moisturiser. If you feel the need to wash your face again during the day just use water. At night time you could use something like witch hazel or tea tree to dry out the pimples you have. The most important thing is to try and prevent oilyness so that your pores don't get so clogged. Try not to use any harsh chemicals unless a dr advises you to. If it doesn't improve visit a dr, they may prescribe you something.

Try visiting a dermatologist. What face wash are you using? Dermalogica has a concealing spot treatment & an over night clearing serum.

Try a natural approach! I had acne and now I rarely break out. Use black soap! You can get it from whole foods. It works WONDERFULLY. Also then use a two parts apple cider vinegar to one part water toner. I always finish off with a drop of argan oil mixed in with my Mychelle blemish control moisturizer. It's mainly natural and you can get that at whole foods too! I also have a few drops of tea tree oil in my acv toner mixture. It helped tremendously. Good luck!

Try something with Benzoyl Peroxide. That will help. That or Salicylic acid.

less is more when it comes to acne. I used to have awful breakouts until I discovered Simple skinscare line. I have extremely sensitive skin and all other products were too harsh on my skin and just plain bad.
I also started taking vitamin a which has helped tremendously. I hope this helps you and good luck: )
