Mac lip liners with powder applied along the edges or Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain sticks..blot lips once on your finger. I'm also a big fan of Kat Von D's lipsticks. Matte lipsticks are longer wearing, but can be drying. I use a sugar scrub prior to application and sleep with a balm on my lips.

Apply your lipstick, blot on a napkin, apply, and blot again. Stays a lot longer.

Make sure you line your lips and blot.after you have applied your lip liner (and fill them in), applied your first layer of lipstick, blot, reapply, then set it with a translucent powder through a one ply tissue.

Kayt! I just bought one to try! Loreal's silver duo lipststains also last all night. Limecrime Velvets are lovely but can be drying. I always use setting spray after well dried.
