So I thought being pregnant was causing my eczema to go crazy. turns out I've developed psoriasis! does anybody else suffer? I'm looking for some natural relief as I can't go down the steroid route at the moment. I've been using my aveeno and my homemade scrubs but I don't want to do something to aggravate it.

I use steroids for mine, but a product called psoriasin works. You can get it at walgreens for 10 dollars and it just has coal tar in it. It really helps. If you can eliminate or cut back on gluten to you'll see a difference.

I've had it since childhood. Apply Coconut Oil or Apricot Oil to your dry areas..then roll them up in generic saran wrap and sleep that way. My derm recommended it and it works wonders. Best to apply after a shower when skin is most absorbent. Yes..it's crazy..but it works..lol

Also..Green tea is anti inflammatory and reduces scaling. Boil..let cool and rinse your areas with it..or place soaked tea bags on the affected areas. Drinking the tea will also help, as will increasing your Zinc and E intake. Avoid over bathing as it dries the skin out..and hot hot showers and baths do as well. Alcohol and certain foods along with stress cab cause breakouts. It's important to remember that it is directly related to your immune system. Nutrition is especially important. Vitamin E oil is also great.

What I seen really works is T Gel by Neautrogena. My best friend used it when she was pregnant and I use it as well and it works great.
