So I just made a green tea mask,but I used processed honey and not raw! Does tht make a difference? I have rly sensitive skin btw! And have any of you gurls used processed honey for any masks? Thnks fr your hlp :)

I don't think processed honey will irritate your skin, if thats what you mean, I have horribly sensitive skin which is acne prone and I use lavender oil and processed honey mask every week and it works wonders in calming my skin down. Also, the spa that I go to also uses an egg yolk, honey and olive oil mask for my hair, its hard to find raw honey where I live, processed honey shouldn't be a problem.

As long as it's completely 100% honey it's not going to do anything bad to your skin.
However processed honey will have been heat treated. The heat kills off the natural peroxide which is what gives honey it's antibacterial properties. The honey will still be moisturising and soothing but may not be an effective antibacterial.
If you want to treat skin problems like acne it's better to go with raw honey but if not it doesn't matter so much.
