For the past year I've sworn to Stila stay all day and Kat Von D's tattoo liner. I feel like I don't use enough of it before it dries.

I really just want something affordable, super black, and easy to use. What are your picks?

I just got the Rimmel scandaleyes waterproof liners and they rock. As far as a good liquid or gel liner I'm still on the look out I've been using elf gel liner for a while but it runs at least on me it does..

Rimmel waterproof...yesterday I wore it all day and at bight I washed my whole face thinking it would come off... But after I was done washing, the whole entire line was still their and didn't even smudge a bit after I was rubbing it like crazy lol...I love my rimmel liner.
